Terms and Conditions

The Center has developed a structure for rooms rentals for eventst and community meetings which is dependent on duration of use, room size and technical needs for each event. The fee structure also takes into account the requesting organization, whether it be a for-profit, non-profit, state or local govenrment agency.  When requesting a space at the Center, your scheduling contact from our staff will be able to quote pricing structures once you have established the needs for the event.  Regardless of type of event, our terms and conditions as set below apply across all requests.
