Being a Better Leader

The key to being the best leader you can be is by understanding yourself.  Now, that can be frightening business – especially if you’re a high-performing individual. "Us" types don’t necessarily dawdle on areas of development because, well, we think we already have leadership all figured out; however, it’s those very areas holding us back from being a better leader. One of the best ways to get in touch with yourself is to conduct a Personal S.W.O.T. Analysis. S.W.O.T. is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The process provides an objective look at undiscovered opportunities and areas for development; thereby, enhancing your ability to be the best leader you can be. On June 28th, 2017 join Ross Giombetti and Thom Fox of Giombetti Associates, a Leadership Institute providing behaviorally-based Talent Development and Acquisition solutions, for Being a Better Leader.  During this 3-hour workshop we’ll help you understand yourself via the S.W.O.T. process, discuss aspects of world-class leadership, and provide real-world examples of driving employee ROI.

The workshop is free and open to the public.  To register visit
